Makhado Local Municipality, led by Her Worship Mayor Cllr Dorcus Mboyi, engaged with residents in a successful Imbizo held today, 28 March 2025, at the Amazing Grace Church, Madombidzha Zone 2, Ward 6. The gathering provided a platform for community members to voice their concerns, with sector departments present to respond to some of the pressing issues.

Key concerns raised included water shortages, poor road infrastructure, a lack of nurses at Madombidzha Clinic, and high youth unemployment. Representig communities in general, Vhamusanda Vho-Ntsundeni Sinthumule, expressed appreciation for the direct engagement, stating that "we are honored to hear from the Mayor herself that some of our service delivery challenges are going to be addressed."

In her closing remarks, Mayor Mboyi reaffirmed the municipality's commitment to improving service delivery. "Our main goal going forward is to address all service delivery challenges. We promise to continue serving you for the betterment of our municipality," she said.
