" MAYOR MBOYI DONATE SCHOOL UNIFORMS TO LEARNERS FROM DESTITUTE FAMILY BACKGROUND" There was joy when Makhado Municipality Mayor Her Worship Cllr Dorcus Mboyi donated school uniforms to learners from destitute family background. Mayor Mboyi has put smiles to 45 learners from various schools in the Luvuvhu Region during a Back to school campaign that was held at Ha-Mutsha Community Hall today, Thursday the 25th of January 2024. Mayor Mboyi said she was touched by the plight of children who go to school bare footed and without a proper school uniform. The mayor was attended by among others members of the executive committee, Ward councillors, PR councillors, teachers and school principals "Children are very close to my heart and I feel excited to see them smiling wearing a proper uniforms," added Mayor Mboyi.”
