      DRAFT BY-LAWS FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES AND AMENITIES

    The Makhado Municipality participated in the greenest Municipality Competition held in Thulamela Municipality on the 21st September and obtained position number 1 and was awarded a trophy and R25000-00 prize. The competition was sponsored by the Department of Economic Development Environment and Tourism. As the winner of the greenest municipality in Vhembe district, Makhado is going to represent the district in the provincial level. The Municipality also managed to get trophies for Parks improvement and Sewage Purification Plant.
