"MAYOR MBOYI REWARDS TOP MATRIC ACHIEVERS " Makhado Municipality Mayor Her Worship Cllr Dorcus Mboyi has recently took an initiative to rewarded the top matric achievers. She rewarded the top achievers from the four regions of the Municipality namely : Makhado, Dzanani, Waterval and Luvuvhu. Amongst those rewarded was Mavhungu Mbedzi from Patric Ramaano and Nkhumeleni Lisoga from Sinthumule High School who are one of the top achievers in Limpopo. Mayor Mboyi rewarded the best performing learners with a brand new Laptop and a Bursary sponsored by Naledi Education Trust. The Mayor continue to motivate learners in various schools of Makhado Municipality. She also embarked in a Back to school campaign, encouraging learners to take education serious. The Mayor was accompanied by members of the executive committee and councillors during the back to school campaign.
